 First Ladies
Honor First Voters

Celebrating A Milestone

August 26 marked the 100th anniversary of the certification of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote. Leading up to the day and beyond, millions of women have shared stories of the First Woman Voter in their families. The idea behind this bipartisan initiative is that there are women in every family who deserve recognition and respect as role models for civic leadership. The compelling, inspiring, videos captured on this website prove the point. Congratulations to everyone who posted a video on their social media platforms and please encourage your friends and family members to add their voices to this celebration.
